Hand Washing Your Marionette"Who's been jumping in the mud? Was it you,
little marionette?" During washing: Keep the control bar out of the water if possible. Just leave it hanging over the sink's edge. Pom-poms: Hand-wash in the sink, using a mild detergent. Hang or blow dry. Soaking for more than five to ten minutes is not recommended because of the wood contained within the structure of the marionettes. Plush Animal Marionettes: Surface-wash with soap and a mild detergent. If more washing is required, then be sure to blow-dry or hang in the sun on a hot sunny day after washing. Wooden Marionettes: Surface-wash only.
Use a sponge and a mild detergent as necessary on the clothes, hands,
and feet.
